Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 December 2025

This Cookie Policy explains how Rabbit Food uses cookies and similar technologies on the Platform. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and service worker caching. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.

2. Cookies we use

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies, in line with UK privacy rules (including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and UK GDPR requirements:

  • Strictly necessary: required for core Platform functionality, security, fraud prevention, and to enable payments and checkout flows.
  • Functional: remember your preferences and support user experience features (for example, maintaining a basket between pages).

We do not currently run interest-based advertising cookies on the customer-facing Platform. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

3. Third-party cookies

Some third parties may set cookies when you use the Platform, for example:

  • Stripe (payments and fraud prevention).
  • Mapbox (maps and address search/geocoding).
  • Supabase (session/security-related functionality, if used for login/session management).

These third parties act as independent controllers for any cookies they set and may use them in accordance with their own policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. You can delete existing cookies and set your browser to block some or all cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Platform (including checkout) may not work properly.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
